Blackburn Cottage is owned by the Marr Estate and leased to North Scotland Wing Royal Air Force Air Cadets. We have enjoyed the facility considerably over the years and tried to ensure others get the same enjoyment. As such we have a hire rate for the cottage, profits from which will be reinvested in the facility to ensure the accommodation stays in good condition. Please look at our bookings page for the fees payable when requesting your dates.
We have spent some time, since the forced shutdown for Covid, to try and make some improvements to the cottage. With a lack of access during the lockdowns we were unable to carry out essential maintenance. We are glad to say we have almost finished our improvements, but the cottage is now useable. We therefore welcome booking requests for dates from the 1st August 2024.
